IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INVITED SPEAKERS
Visit our website for instructions for Guidelines for Onsite Speakers and Presenters. If you wish to use an ESPNIC template for your slides, you could download it from here. Please use the 16:9 version.
Presenters are requested to check the programme carefully for last minute updates.
E-POSTERS

E-Poster Walk Sessions
Parallel E-Poster walk presentations will be given on June 21 and on June 22 between 13:30-14:30.
E-Poster Viewing
All E-Posters will be available for viewing, from the start of the Meeting in the the app and at the E-Poster stations onsite.
INDUSTRY SUPPORTED SESSIONS & EXHIBITION

Opening Ceremony Followed by Welcome Reception

Alexandra Trianti, Meeting Venue. The Welcome Reception will take place in the Exhibition Area immediately following the Opening Ceremony.

E&O, Rooftop of Mariott Athens Hotel. All invited faculty are invited to attend. If you did not supply the Secretariat with your RSVP and you wish to attend please visit the Faculty Desk onsite.
CME ACCREDITATION AND CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The ESPNIC 2023 Meeting has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). For further information and to download your Certificate of Attendance after the congress, please click here. Printed certificates will not be available.
